This is my proposal.

I lead a four-person development team in Japan. I have been working on client projects for 6 years, and our team welcomes all kinds of projects.

The problem is that we cannot land European clients at a European developer's rate from Japan.
As you know, most of the European clients are looking for only European developers, and they wanna work with European developers in their same time zone; we lose that comparison every time - even when our work is better.

Therefore, we propose to you 2 options for a 10-25% revenue sharing model.

1. Upwork Collaboration model

So far, I have worked on Upwork for a long time, and I have used the German Upwork account.
But unfortunately, I can't use this account anymore because he doesn't respond.
So, I'm finding someone to help me.
I have paid 10+ % of my earnings per month and have had good results with the German Upwork account owner so far.
I want to have a long-term contract, the same as above, with you.

- Why do I need to use the Europe Upwork account?
As you know, Europeans are easier than Asians to work on Upwork and to get a high hourly rate.
It is so difficult to get good jobs using the Asian Upwork account on Upwork.
Even though I got a job, I can't work at a high rate, because of one reason, Asian.
So, I don't use a Japan account and want to use only the European Upwork account.
Most of the clients are in Europe, and they want to work with European developers in the same time zone.

- How can I use your Upwork account?
If you have an Upwork account and don't use it, I want to use it on your local computer via Anydesk.
Also, I think if you use your Upwork account part-time, you can use it with me.
Only I will use your account while you don't use your account.

- How can we transfer money with each other?
You can add Payoneer to your Upwork account and If I earn some money using your Upwork account, we can withdraw it via your Payoneer.
Then you can get 10% of the money from there and you can send the rest money to my Payoneer.

- Why do I need access to your local pc via Anydesk?
For this model, we have an important problem.
Upwork's policy is restrictive; they detect the IP and VPN. If I apply for jobs on my local computer, they can suspend your account.
So we must use your Upwork account on your personal computer. I have to access to your computer via Anydesk.
If I use your Upwork account using a virtual server such as VPN, VPS, Upwork detects the proxy server IP and blocks your account.
So, If I can use your account, I must use it on your local computer via or Anydesk.
If you worry about your secret data on your computer, you can set a VM on your computer and I can use your account on the VM of your computer.
And if you have a second computer which you don't use, that would be great for me to use it directly, not through VM.

- You don't have to worry about stealing any privacy data. Why?
I don't need your privacy information like Upwork password or payment.
I just want you to let me bid on Upwork project through your account.
You just install VM on your local PC, install a light OS like Win-7 on VM, and set up Anydesk and Chrome browser.
I can only bid on projects after you log in to Upwork.
After I grab a project, I'll work on it on my local PC.
However, if I use your account on another location using VPN, or VPS, your account will be blocked because of an IP location change.
Also, Upwork requires video chat sometimes, I can't do it without your help.

2. Job Hunting Partnership — 25% of each project’s income.

This proposal represents a more stable and viable collaboration, designed with a focus on prioritizing our shared interests.
Through my many projects, I've gained countless valuable experiences through my passion and hard work. These experiences are now an asset to me and deliver excellent results to my clients.
However, compared to developers in Asia, European developers earn higher rates.
Furthermore, many clients prefer developers in the same time zone and are difficult to collaborate with developers in Asia time zone.
That’s why I’d love to collaborate with you : I can handle the tasks and give you a fair share of the profits.

- Apply using your CV/profile.
- Schedule interviews on your behalf.
- If a job is secured, I will handle all project work using my team.
- Share a detailed update on my progress before the video call.

- Attend interviews according to the Google Calendar schedule I share.
- Complete the onboarding process with the company when hired.

- If you have some skills that match with me, you can share me your CV and attend interview with my working progress.
- Benefits: I can help you make your profile great with the progress plan I'm working on, and make your real life great with a fixed, high income every month.
- Revenue Share: Once the project starts, my team will deliver all required work while you receive 25% of the income from each job.

- Why European profiles
Just like on Upwork, European applicants are generally preferred by clients and companies for their time zone alignment and perceived reliability.
Even when skills are equal, developers from European often receive higher rates than Asian developers.
To overcome this bias and achieve fair compensation for the same quality of work, I prefer to apply using a European profile.
By combining your regional presence with my technical expertise and team capacity, we can scale projects efficiently and share profits fairly.
